How long is the warranty period of filling equipment?

A

24 months. We are very confident in our beverage filling machine quality, if customers’ machine can not operate properly. Because of the quality of beverage equipment, we will replace spare parts and repair them for free.

Do you have any technical support for your machine?

A

Yes. When your liquid filling machine arrived in your factory, we will send our engineers to your factory for machine installation and training your workers. The most important, our engineers have rich experience in filling equipment, but also they can have daily conversations in English for facilitate communication.

Do you have spare parts with water factory machine when shipping?

A

Yes. Our filling machines and equipment are customized, so once there is some minor problems of them, customers will hope that we can provide replacement accessories timely. So in order to facilitate customers, we will prepare a set of free related machine accessories before shipment, that customers can rest assured.

How does the machine package? How you can ensure that machine remains intact when it arrives at the designated port?

A

We adopt standard wooden box packing. But if the machine’ size is too big to use full wooden box packing, we will use wooden pallet packaging with wrapping film to protect the machine, preventing scratching in transit to ensure that the equipment is intact.

How long can you get a reply when you have problems about bottle filling machines?

A

12hs. We will reply to customer by email with related questions within 12 hours.
