Fifthly,This conveyor is for sending bottles with beverage  from filling machine to labeling machine to packing machine. All bearings are imported from NSK brand, plastic shell, with safety cover, using 440 stainless steel bearings. Under the conveyor chain plate, the sink adopts stainless steel 304, thickness 1.2mm, sheet bending forming, contact side using bilateral bending, 180 degrees fillet, cleaning staff protection. The lower part of the tank is equipped with stainless steel 304, diameter 50.7mm, thickness 1.5mm seamless drainage pipe, the whole line is arranged, and the drainage pipe is fixed by a fast chuck, which can be quickly removed and cleaned.
