The barrel water equipment production line can be divided into three steps according to its functions: washing, filling and capping. Its working process is as follows:



1. Put the mouth lever of the empty bucket into the bucket loading bracket, and the empty bucket clearance moves the chain to move one station. At this time, the empty bucket is inverted to wash the mouth and body of the bucket.


2. There are three processes in the washing process: the first is clear water, the second is disinfectant, and the third is sterile water (mineral water). After washing, there is 10S time for dripping.


3. The cleaned bucket rotates 45 degrees downward with the chain, the plastic bucket slides out by itself, and then the top bucket cylinder turns the bucket up 45 degrees, so that the empty bucket is placed in the filling position to wait for filling.


4.The filling valve is pushed into the mouth of the barrel by the cylinder, the automatic exhaust filling valve opens the filling one by one, the filling time is set by the PLC, and according to the level of the liquid using the panel multi-function button to correct the filling time, in order to achieve the best position. After filling to the liquid level, the excess water returns to the pure water tank through the automatic exhaust port to reduce the waste of pure water.


5. After filling, the cylinder will push the filled bucket to the capping station, and then the capping will be done in the next step. The whole production process is over.


Use inspection and operation precautions of bottled water equipment:


1. Before starting the machine, check whether the liquid level of disinfector, power supply and air pressure are normal, check whether the solenoid valve and cylinder are good, whether the action is normal, whether the pump steering is correct, and whether the air is exhausted by manual method. If abnormal conditions are found, the production can be carried out after troubleshooting.


2. the machine production automatic rushed, disinfection, filling and cover, gland, without human disturbance, but each part of the operations staff to closely observe dynamic, found that the problem will be promptly manual automatic to manual, in order to prevent accidents, when chain position is wrong, the shaft with manually, then push the chain to normal location. Work should be promptly supplemented with disinfectant to prevent the pump from idling in anhydrous state and burning the seal.


3. After the end of production, the residual liquid in the pipeline should be discharged, the gas route and water source should be cut off, and the power supply should be turned off.
